-Our story
The Centre for Ideas and Innovations Incubation (CIII Uganda) is a youth-focused innovation platform formed by young people in Hoima to nurture ideas and grow them into social enterprises. As both a learning academy and an eco-friendly green NGO, we mentor youth environmental enthusiasts to conserve nature while building sustainable livelihoods.
We exist because too many young people in Uganda have brilliant ideas but no platform to test, nurture, or scale them – facing barriers like limited exposure, mismatched skills, and a lack of knowledge-sharing spaces. At the same time, growing demand for land has outpaced environmental conservation, leaving young people increasingly disconnected from nature.
CIII Uganda addresses both challenges at once: equipping young people with knowledge, skills, and motivation to turn ideas into innovative, nature-positive enterprises – and inspiring the next generation to protect the environment they depend on.

Why we exist
Addressing Systematic Barriers
Through years of community work, CIII identified obstacles blocking individuals and communities from realising their potential: lack of inspiration, unemployability due to mismatched skills, absence of knowledge-dissemination platforms, and un-nurtured ideas. We directly address each of these with tailored programmes.
